I went to a concert and I feel i got a slight hearing loss and tinnitus, even though I hear perfectly fine just like regular.
anyway with that aside, if i remain in quiet environment and restrain from loud noise, will my hearing loss get worst or stays the same? this is what i dont comprehend simply because from what i read once your ear is not best any longer and
